beat conquered!

So i have been working on this beat for the past few days and have written about 5 different verses for this one song but up until my session today none of the versions were sounding right. but i sat down today and wrote a verse that felt comfortable to me and my personality and i know i arrived at the one thats the best after all that work.
But I guess thats the way it is sometimes, you just gotta keep trying and eventually itll work. Thomas Edison went through 10,000 filaments before he found the right one for the lightbulb and im sure he would have done many more if he had not found it when he had. Anyways hes a mad super duper baller and im no edison but perhaps I should follow his lesson of believing in something and making it happen. A fucking lightbulb at the time would be like a seeing little ufos just chillen in the sky, think about it!
Pretty much nothing is accomplished without hard work, and its funny because most people think that AJ and I just rap and its mad easy and its no problems as far as recording or making time for the Mack’N Biz in general. But its actually a huge time commitment but totally fun at the same time so its not that bad, but recording sessions are 4 to 5 hours, not to mention writing sessions individually and also cooperatively, as well as other miscellaneous things pertaining to our goals. Im in no way complaining, its more of a confirmation for me and our future, reassuring myself that we are working hard enough and thinking the right way to attain our goals.
